How do I start my free trial?
Click "Get Started Free" on the homepage, create your school account, and follow the onboarding prompts. You can begin adding classes, teachers, and students immediately.
Can teachers see billing or subscription pages?
No. Billing and subscription management are available to admins only. Teachers only see tools related to their assigned classes and subjects.
How are report cards shared with parents?
Once a report card is approved, you can share it through a public link and WhatsApp. Parents do not need to log in to view their child report.
Do you support Ghana phone number formats for WhatsApp?
Yes. The platform formats local numbers to international format for WhatsApp links (for example, 0241234567 becomes 233241234567).
Is eSchoolMS mobile-friendly?
Yes. Admins, teachers, and parents can access key pages on mobile devices. The interface is responsive for phones, tablets, and desktops.
